Code of Ethics for Senior Officers
The Board of Directors of Aquilex Corporation (with its subsidiaries, and including Aquilex Holdings LLC, the “Company”) has adopted a code of ethics applicable to its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President of Business Development, Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, the President and Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s Industrial Cleaning division and the President and Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s Specialty Repair and Overhaul division (the “Covered Officers”) to:
- promote honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of conflicts of interest;
- promote full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure;
- promote compliance with applicable laws and governmental rules and regulations; and
- deter wrongdoing.
