By constantly checking for acceptable ohm ranges, the system is able to immediately shut the suction discharge valves and stop the flow of liquids if unacceptable ohm levels are reached, thereby avoiding a potentially explosive static buildup. Once the system is operational, it stays operational or the pump valves close until the connection is re-established.
